This is a collared, button-front shirt-jacket with patch pockets and side slits. This jacket is very similar to the 'Ganna' jacket.
I believe this is in vanity sizing. I cannot find a size chart that shows the exact conversion but I think based on the size chart and other listings, this would best fit a medium, and possibly a large depending on how you would like it to fit. Please refer to the measurements I provided to compare to an item you already own to be sure of fit.

Overall condition is excellent. There is faint discoloration on the interior of the cuffs. It's very minor and since this jacket is 100% wool, I did not want to run of risk of damaging the material considering the discoloration is minor and on the inside where it cannot be seen-- see the last photo for a detailed photo. If this is a concern, I would recommend taking to a professional. Otherwise, there are no holes, pilling or shrinkage.
