First edition, first printing hardcover copy of Petr Chelčický : Radical Separatist in Hussite Bohemia by Murray L. Wagner (Herald Press, 1983). Volume 25 in the religion / spirituality series: Studies in Anabaptist and Mennonite History. With illustrations and photographs. Jacket now protected in new (removable) archival sleeve but with rubbing/scuffing to faces and shelf wear around the edges - including chipping, creasing and small tears. Boards are straight and clean but with corners faintly bumped. Binding is firm and spine is straight. Previous owner’s inscription on fep, otherwise all pages are clean and unmarked though tanned.
