Bought this for my son, but he customized his own switches and keycaps. All switches and keycaps that came preassembled has never been used and are packaged in the original box. The box is HUGE! There's 3 different colors you can customize with. Out of the box, it already sounded really nice, but it was around my son's birthday and he wanted this plus other customizations. The keyboard has always been on his desk and he's never dropped it. It's actually very heavy for it's base. Again, this is a pre-owned keyboard but he never used any original keycaps or switches. When you purchase it, if you want to, he can reinstall all original switches and keycaps. You can let us know which color you want the keycaps and he'll install it. Very beautiful keyboard but he wants to sell it because he needs a full sized keyboard as he likes the numpad for school work as well as the function keys. I only let him play games on the weekend so he hasn't gotten much use out of it.
